Fabio Selvig
Sales and Marketing Manager
A retired elite level rower and triathlete, Fabio has many years experience fitting and adjusting bicycles and rowing shells so athletes can perform comfortably. He started rowing on the Tiber river in Rome Italy, and continued rowing through his school and college, finishing his career at BRC, the Olympic training Center in Boston, in the early 1990s. Fabio began racing triathlons soon after rowing and has fitted tour de France and Olympic champions to their bicycles, using power meters and wind tunnels to optimize their performance and comfort. Fabio has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of high end carbon bicycles and has recently joined us as Sales and Marketing Manager for Resolute Racing and Sykes USA.

Lyndsay Farrell
Office Manager
Prior to Resolute Rowing, Lyndsay worked at Stackbin in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Lyndsay is a native of Rhode Island and believes deeply in its heritage as a historic location for elite boat building. She studied fine arts at Rhode Island College and is still an artist today.
Frank Sands
MIDWEST & WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA
Frank has over 40 years of experience in rowing and coaching at West Catholic High School, Vesper, Mercyhurst College, University of Nebraska, Three Rivers Rowing and North Catholic High School. In 1990 he established the North Catholic High School Crew and is still serving as their Head Coach. Frank is a member of Cox’n 1972 Youth National Team and member of the executive committee for Midwest Scholastic Rowing. He has served on the board at Three Rivers Rowing and was part of the team that designed and built rowing tanks at the University of Nebraska, Mercyhurst College and Three Rivers Rowing. In 2008 he started Cox’n Unlimited with his wife Cindy and is proud to have Resolute as their premier product line. Frank resides in Pittsburgh, PA.

Mark Nothnagel
Mark Nothnagel is a former global manufacturing executive that has turned his years of experience towards building some of the top boat building companies in the world. Mark was formerly the Executive General Manager and Chief Technology Officer of Pact Group Holdings Ltd., a global packaging and containers company. As an entrepreneur, Mark has joined forces with Jeff Lawrence to become a Managing Director of Sykes Racing and now is co-owner of Resolute Rowing. Mark is passionate about rowing too, having been indoctrinated into the sport as the father of two rowers who have competed in Division I programs in the United States.
Jeff Lawrence
Jeff Lawrence is a passionate rower and entrepreneur. Jeff has won several championships as an athlete and a coach for the renowned Mercantile Rowing Club in Melbourne, Australia and has a long record of success as a business leader and owner. After building several successful businesses, Jeff acquired the controlling interest in Australia’s Sykes Racing and has built it into the dominant boat builder in Australia. Jeff and his partners acquired Resolute Rowing in 2019 as a way to marry the over 50 year history of Sykes Racing with the craftsmanship and durability he has come to admire in Resolute shells.
Ed Gehres
Ed Gehres is the American operating partner in Resolute Rowing and is an avid competitive rower and business leader. Ed rowed four years at the University of Michigan and has continued as a master’s rower at Potomac Boat Club in Washington, DC, where has been a part of multiple national championship crews. Ed is an attorney with over 20 years experience as a strategic business advisor to start-ups, social ventures, fintech companies, hedge funds, and private equity funds.
